studiokalex is a design and engineering practice. Websites, 3D and motion, built end to end.

We work in the browser rather than in static mockups. Type, motion and load order turn out to be one decision, and it is easier to judge running than described.

What studiokalex builds for real estate developers

studiokalex designs and builds project websites and launch microsites for real estate developers: floor plans, location and amenities, 3D renders and walkthroughs of spaces that aren't built yet, and enquiry forms that reach your sales team. We model buildings and interiors in Blender, so the renders, the walkthrough film and the website all come from one model.

Buyers come to a project site to check the facts before they visit: price, location, plans and what is left. The site's job is to answer those plainly and turn a serious buyer into a call with your sales team.

What a project website needs

Put the RERA details where buyers can see them

Under India's Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, a promoter has to show the project's registration number “on the website as well as on any advertisement” (AP RERA), and Section 11(2) asks advertisements to show the state authority's website address prominently too.

Regulators enforce how visible that is. In March 2024 West Bengal's authority said some builders were leaving the details out or printing them in small or vertical type, and set rules such as a font at least a third the size of the project name (LiveLaw). So we design the registration details into the page, legible on a phone, rather than tucking them into the footer, and follow your state authority's rules.

3D where it sells the space

For a project under construction, renders and a walkthrough show buyers what a photo can't yet: the light in a room, the view from a balcony, how the floor plan feels. A real-time scene on the website can let them move through it themselves.

For ready properties, good photography and a floor plan usually do the job at a fraction of the cost, and we'll tell you so.

Real estate websites: common questions

Accurate prices or price ranges, the exact location, floor plans, genuine photographs or renders, what is actually available, and the project's RERA registration number shown where buyers can see it. Enquiry forms should be short and go straight to the sales team.

Yes. We model the building and interiors in Blender from your architectural drawings, render stills and walkthrough films, and can run the same model as a real-time scene on the website.

Somewhere a buyer sees it without hunting: near the project name or the enquiry form, at a legible size, with the state authority's website address. Several state regulators have penalised details hidden in small print, and each state sets its own display rules, so follow your authority's guidelines.

Yes. Each project can have its own microsite, or its own section of your main site with its own URL, plans and enquiry form, all managed from one CMS.

Yes. The studio is in New Delhi and works with developers across India remotely, on a shared board and a live staging link. Meeting in person within Delhi NCR is easy to arrange.
