Design Is Not Management
Social media design is the visual layer: templates, posts, carousels and motion. Management is planning, writing, posting, replying and reporting. Many management retainers include only light design, which is why feeds often look inconsistent even when posting is regular.

Per Post, Template Kit or Retainer
Pay per post if you publish rarely. Buy a template kit if your team posts every week and needs to stay on brand without a designer each time. Choose a retainer if you need a steady flow of original, campaign-level design.
For most small and mid-sized Indian brands, a template kit plus occasional campaign design is the best value. The kit costs about the same as a few months of per-post work and keeps paying back as long as the brand is unchanged.

Good social design is a system, not a series of one-off posts: a recognisable layout, a type hierarchy that reads on a phone, a few repeatable formats, and covers that make the first slide worth stopping for. That system is what turns posting into recognition.
